Fruit + Ricotta Toast

Good Morning!!!  Eating these will jump-start the BEST day!Fresh fruit Tops on Ricotta ToastMakes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of Rye, or Ezekiel bread
  • 8 Tbs. ricotta cheese (2 Tbsp per slice)

Breakfast Ricotta Toast with FruitTopping ideas:

  • tiny drizzle of raw honey
  • crumbled pistachios
  • chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds
  • freshly grated cinnamon
  • banana slices
  • organic blueberries
  • organic strawberries
  • organic raspberries
  • pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • sprinkle of chia or flax seeds

Fruit Ricotta Toast Recipe Instructions

Instructions:

Spread ricotta cheese on a piece of lightly toasted bread.

Add your favorite toppings – create your own combos!
