Fruit + Ricotta Toast
Good Morning!!! Eating these will jump-start the BEST day!
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Rye, or Ezekiel bread
- 8 Tbs. ricotta cheese (2 Tbsp per slice)
Topping ideas:
- tiny drizzle of raw honey
- crumbled pistachios
- chopped walnuts, pecans, or almonds
- freshly grated cinnamon
- banana slices
- organic blueberries
- organic strawberries
- organic raspberries
- pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- sprinkle of chia or flax seeds
Instructions:
Spread ricotta cheese on a piece of lightly toasted bread.
Add your favorite toppings – create your own combos!
Enjoy!
