Meet Kathrin, Who Lost 12 Pounds in 4 Weeks With the CleanFoodCrush 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge!

Hi, I am Kathrin and I’m 39.  I am a stay at home mom with two little girls. Having two little kids at home, there is never enough time to spend on hobbies.  I used to like going to the gym.

Covid-19 hit and I was depressed and out of energy.

I felt tired after eating meals. I started eating more chocolate in the evenings when my hubby got his chips out to snack on. When my scale showed me almost 80 kilos [176 pounds] I had to change something.

I was following Rachel’s recipes for a while on Facebook,  and I  tried some of her recipes now and then.

Even though diets never worked for me in the past, I decided to try Rachel’s Clean Eating Challenge, and I will never go back.

The Results?

  • Great meals
  • I have a ton of energy
  • No more bloating!
  • No more hemorrhoids!

I used to have problems with hemorrhoids. Since completing the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge, those problems belong to the past. (I have to mention that, because it was at the point were it was really bothering me.)

I lost 12 pounds in total with the 4 weeks challenge and a lot of inches.

The meals are easy to prepare. Doing food prep is a huge plus and saved me from making bad food choices for sure. I am starting my second round now.

My husband is very supportive and eats healthy with me.

Rachel’s team is awesome and very quick in response when I ever have questions.
