These Chicken Breasts were so GOOD & Easy last night!

Put them on your menu this week! ๐Ÿ™‚

Lemon-Basil Chicken Breasts stuffed with Asparagus Directions for 6:

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • In a gallon ziploc or glass bowl place:
  • One bunch coarse chopped basil
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • Juice of 2-4 fresh squeezed lemons (depending on preferences)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp #flavorgod lemon & garlic seasoning (optional no msg, gluten-free seasonings found @flavorgod)

{Combine all ingredients then add the chicken. Place in the refrigerator for 2-6 hours}

โ– After marinating, use a sharp knife to make a pocket in each breast.
โ– Place a fresh lemon slice, a basil leaf, and several sprigs of fresh asparagus. {Grill over medium-high heat until no longer pink in the center}

Baking Instructions:
Bake on a flat sheet pan, at 350 degrees f for 30-40 minutes, until the juices run clear.
