Meet Michelle, Who Lost 15.8 Pounds with CleanFoodCrush!

My name is Michelle and I am 49 years old.  I have been married for 29 years and we have 3 adult children. Our youngest is turning 19 and our oldest just turned 24. I am an Elementary school secretary and I am a dog sitter on the side. I LOVE dogs!!!!!!!!!

For fun we love to camp as a family and ride dirt bikes. I ride a four-wheeler and so does our daughter. Our two sons, son-in-law and my husband all ride 2 wheel dirt bikes. We LOVE to be outdoors. My daughter and I kickbox at least 3 times a week. I LOVE it!!! I joined back in August and I just celebrated my 100th class. They are 45 minute long workouts.

My biggest challenge before joining CleanFoodCrush was eating chocolate often and not being able to lose the weight that I have gradually put on after each pregnancy.  I was at my heaviest when I was pregnant with my youngest son. I weighed 199 pounds. I tried all kinds of fad diets and would lose weight only to gain it back. I was tired and had puffy circles under my eyes.

The 30 Day Challenge has helped me transform into the fittest, strongest, leanest, most energetic version of me that I have been in my ENTIRE life!!!!

  • I eat more food now on the plan than I did before.
  • I eat the right foods.
  • I weigh less right now than I did when I was in high school over 30 years ago.
  • I have more definition to my body now than I ever have in my life.
  • I am a leaner version of me.
  • Physically, I have more energy
  • My skin is softer and I am younger looking.

My family is not doing the challenge with me but they eat the meals and they LOVE them. I have inspired my husband to eat healthier and eat cleaner. I also have inspired my married daughter to eat cleaner and she is feeling better and losing weight.

My words of wisdom are don’t give up. You are worth it!

If you make a poor food choice, don’t let it turn into poor choices for the entire day and then the entire week and entire month. Each day is a new day. Make one healthy choice at a time. Give yourself some grace. We are human and will make a poor choice once in a while. Don’t let it get you down. Remember the weight did not get on your body just like that so it is not going to come off just like that. Slow and steady wins the race. Keep pressing on and don’t let the negative words that friends (or family) told you ruin your journey.

I had a friend tell me to not set such an unrealistic goal (of getting back to my pre-wedding weight. Which I have now passed and weighed what I did in high school.) ????????

I used her words to push me and prove her wrong. Don’t compare yourself to other people. Compare yourself to yourself. Make sure you take before pictures!! So many women do not like their picture being taken and are not confident in their own skin. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend taking a picture and measurements!!!! This is SO awesome to see the results and this helps you to set your goals and compare yourself to yourself; not other people. Everyone will lose their weight at different rates, and places. Use their success stories as motivation!!

During the 30 Day Challenge,  I lost 10.8 pounds and 4.3 inches. To date, I have lost 15.8 pounds since I started on 4/20/2020.

You can do this!!! You are worth it and you will feel SO much better eating clean. This is the BEST program out there that I have ever seen and tried. Clean food crush changed my life for the better. Thank you SO very much to the entire CleanFoodCrush team. You all ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
