- 1 tsp. chia, hemp or flax seeds

- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp. honey or 1/2 banana (for sweetness)
- 1 cup almond milk
Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp. cacao powder
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 cup almond milk
Energy Kick-Start Breakfast Smoothie

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 rib of celery
- 3-5 mint or basil leaves
- 1 tbsp chia
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut water
Antioxidant Triple Berry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
