Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowls
Homemade Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowls for the kiddos, since it’s going to be the warmest day of the year so far!
Makes 4 servings
- 2 medium FROZEN, chopped bananas OR 1.5 cups FROZEN mango pieces .
- Plus 1 to 1-1/2 cups FROZEN mixed Berries of choice
Blend in high speed blender, adding water as necessary to blend.
Divide Smoothie portions equally into 4 bowls
1 Tbsp almond butter
A few fresh banana slices
2 Tbsps homemade granola
Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes.
This makes an awesome breakfast all Summer long!
