Clean eating is hard to start & stick with b/c it's not cheap plus it takes time & planning. Sometimes I just want to grab the fastest thing with a "good tasting" memory or go through a drive through. But then I remember how bad I feel the next day & put in the effort to eat clean. So when I find great , often simple & always good tasting recipes like Rachel posts, it makes my lifestyle choice so much easier. Thanks Rachel!
