For EACH 1/2: Avocado,

Brush seeded, & peeled avocado with fresh lemon juice, fill with:

  • 4 oz tuna,
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice,
  • 1/2 Tbsp diced red onion,
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • a pinch of fresh dill (optional)
