Meet Christine Who Lost 14 Pounds in 30 Days!

I am Christine and I am 33 years old. I am a full-time middle school general music and choral teacher. I also own a crocheting business – FlyingHooksCrochet. I am married and have 2 fur babies – border collies named Kippy and Charlie. For fun, I like to travel, take walks, crochet, read, garden, and spend time with family and friends! 

I have been following Rachel and CleanFoodCrush for about 3 months. I have followed Rachel on Instagram and made a few recipes for dinner here and there for about a year. 

My biggest obstacle to eating healthy was sugar addiction! I could eat sweet after sweet after sweet and not get sick. Now it makes me sick to look at most sweet things!

I now realize I was always hungry and never really satisfying myself with the correct foods because I did not have the correct nutritional knowledge.

I am down 14 lbs and so many inches! 

My energy, mood, desire to eat healthily, and sleep all have become major improvements since joining the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge.

Just one day with anything with cane sugar and I instantly notice a difference in my sleeping habits and lack of ability to get decent sleep! This is not something I even noticed or connected before doing the challenge.

My 2 favorite recipes are Pizza Stuffed Peppers and the Oatmeal waffles!

Words of advice:It’s just 30 days. Give the Challenge a try and I think you will find you will actually want to commit to clean eating in some form for the rest of your life!
