I absolutely LOVE Valentine’s Day!!(Used to loathe it…but that’s another story.)

Here’s a FUN fruit + cheese board I put together to show how lovely it would be to just stay in for the night, talking, and snacking on beautiful food.

This style of eating is incredibly intimate, and SIMPLE!

Go ahead and get CREATIVE with these boards… it’s all about expressing yourself and YOUR personal favs!

  • Organic cheese blocks or slices
  • Candied nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • Dark chocolate
  • Pistachios
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Grapes
  • Blueberries
  • Dried Apricots
  • Homemade Dark Chocolate Pecan Butter

Healthy Clean Eating Fruit Cheese Platter

Instructions:

Arrange your ingredients like art on a platter.

Light candles, and sprinkle rose petals on the dining table = magical!
