Smoked Salmon Cucumber Rolls
Guyyss…these lil faux sushi bites are so Yummy, Simple, and Fun!
Stay in this weekend, invite a few sushi lovin’ friends over, and make your favorite combinations together – be creative + tag me in your pictures!
Makes about 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 large English cucumber
- 1 Pack high quality smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, hummus, or plain Greek yogurt – your choice
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos liquid, Braggs liquid amino, or light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- a pinch of garlic powder, or 1-2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
Slice the cucumber into very thin slices using a peeler or a mandolin.
 Cut smoked salmon into smaller this slices, as shown and add a layer of smoked salmon to one side of the cucumber slices. Apply a very thin layer of cream cheese, then roll it up.Arrange the rolls on a plater with the dipping sauce add chopsticks and enjoy!
