Smoked Salmon Cucumber Rolls Ingredientsmakes about 2-3 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large English cucumber
  • 1 Pack high quality smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, hummus, or plain Greek yogurt – your choice

Eat Clean Smoked Salmon Cucumber RollsFor the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos liquid, Braggs liquid amino, or light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • a pinch of garlic powder, or 1-2 fresh garlic cloves, minced

Easy Smoked Salmon Cucumber Rolls RecipeInstructions:

  1. Slice the cucumber into very thin slices using a peeler or a mandolin.
  2. Cut smoked salmon into smaller this slices, as shown and add a layer of smoked salmon to one side of the cucumber slices.
  3. Apply a very thin layer of cream cheese, then roll it up.
  4. In a small glass bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a plater with the dipping sauce add chopsticks and enjoy!
