Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup coconut, almond, or cashew milk
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (adjust the sweetness to your personal taste)
- 1/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions:
In a mason jar, plastic container or bowl, layer oats, milk, ground flaxseed or chia seeds, Greek yogurt, honey and strawberries. Stir to combine.
Seal tight, place in refrigerator overnight.
Give it a stir in the morning! YEP, it’s meant to be eaten cold – like pudding, although, you CAN heat it up if desired…they will surprise you!
