Strawberries + Cream Overnight Oats

Raise your hand if you’ve tried overnight oats! Personally, I’m a raving fan! It’s kinda like eating dessert for breakfast, and you can make 3 days worth ahead of time. #MealPrep #WinNo Bake Strawberries Cream Oats

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut, almond, or cashew milk
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (adjust the sweetness to your personal taste)
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

Eat Clean Strawberries Cream Overnight Oats

Instructions:

In a mason jar, plastic container or bowl, layer oats, milk, ground flaxseed or chia seeds, Greek yogurt, honey and strawberries. Stir to combine.

Seal tight, place in refrigerator overnight.

Give it a stir in the morning! YEP, it’s meant to be eaten cold – like pudding, although, you CAN heat it up if desired…they will surprise you!
