Strawberries Cream Overnight Oats Recipe Raise your hand if you’ve tried overnight oats? Clapping hands emoji???? Personally, I’m a raving fan! It’s kinda like eating dessert for breakfast, and you can make 3 days worth ahead of time. #MealPrep #WinNo Bake Strawberries Cream Oats

Makes 1 serving

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut, almond, or cashew milk
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (adjust the sweetness to your personal taste)
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

Eat Clean Strawberries Cream Overnight Oats


  1. In a mason jar, plastic container or bowl, layer oats, milk, ground flaxseed or chia seeds, Greek yogurt, honey and strawberries. Stir to combine.
  2. Seal tight, place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Give it a stir in the morning! YEP, it’s meant to be eaten cold – like pudding, although, you CAN heat it up if desired…they will surprise you!
