Thai Chicken Lettuce WrapsLettuce Wraps are one of my favorite QUICK meals because people can add what they like, and they make everyone Happy! These have a GREAT flavor!Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps RecipeIngredients:
2-3 servings

  • 1 lb chicken tenders, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 Tbsp ginger minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves to serve

Clean Food Thai Chicken Lettuce WrapsInstructions:

  1. Add oil to a large skillet and heat until oil is very hot.
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden-brown. Should take about 3 minutes.
  3. Add red curry paste, ginger, garlic, peppers, carrot and cabbage and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, add sesame seeds and toss. Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl.
  5. Serve by placing spoonfuls of chicken into pieces of lettuce, and serve.
