These make a DELICIOUS treat or also GREAT for smoothie Prep! When we keep it simple, we reach our goals 🙂 
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries of choice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Silicon molds (found on Amazon or in kitchen supply stores)


Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Add berries evenly to silicone molds, top with yogurt mixture.
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
  4. (DOUBLE or TRIPLE this recipe and keep plenty of treats ready-to-eat in the freezer *sealed* Keep frozen, best enjoyed within 6 weeks.

These Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites Double as Smoothie Prep!
