I am Iris Ezell, 53. I’ve been married for 32 years and have 2 adult sons.
I lost 15 pounds with the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. I’m honored to share my story with you today.
Before I lost weight, I struggled with my own reflection. It felt awful to try clothes on and get tangled up in the dressing room because nothing fit me properly.
One day I found CleanFoodCrush on Facebook. I started following along and thought, now this is something I can do!
I took the leap and joined the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. I really loved the food, all of the recipes and how easy it was to follow along.
The 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge is the best program I’ve found. You are learning how to EAT well and lose weight rather than deprive yourself to lose weight. It’s smart and sustainable. I realized this is a way of life, and not a diet.
Since taking the challenge and learning how to rewire my eating habits, I enjoy shopping for clothes. I’ve dropped a few sizes and feel SO much better in my body.
Another amazing bonus: I have more energy! I even want to work out and exercise now, which is such an improvement for me.
My physician has been pleased with results too. My cholesterol was starting to raise but with Clean Eating, it has gotten better.
My family is so impressed by my Clean Eating and what it has done for me especially physically. I have always enjoyed cooking and now it’s really fun because it’s Clean Eating and I am trying new recipes weekly. My husband has enjoyed the new recipes too.
Sweets were always my downfall, but now that I am detoxed from sugar I don’t even want any sweets. The good news is, there are all kinds of Clean Eating treats to choose from if desired 🙂 Try these PB & J Banana Chocolate Cups!
I am able to Eat Clean foods and feel better and I am also working out at the gym 2-3 times a week. I love having this kind of energy to feel motivated and inspired.
I have had several friends join the CleanFoodCrush challenge and they say it is because of how much I inspired them. What an incredible feeling that is!
I have several more pounds to lose and I am working on this daily. What’s important is that I trust this program, I know the plan works, and I’m seeing results.
I will continue to Eat Clean and follow CleanFoodCrush because it’s the best thing I have ever done for myself and family.
