My name is Kathy Burgin and this is my review of the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge.

I am 48 years old and I am happily married to my best friend, Thomas. We have a beautiful 14-year-old daughter. I am a receptionist for a law office, so I am basically sedentary all day. 

My hobbies are scrapbooking and photography. I do not lead a very active lifestyle, so along with age, my midsection was suffering before I found CleanFoodCrush!

My biggest challenge before starting the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge was a shortage of time, not knowing how to food prep, and lacking the knowledge I needed to make Clean recipes for every meal.

I mean, I knew brussels sprouts were clean and healthy, but how do you fix them to taste good enough to eat and enjoy?! But don’t worry, you don’t have to like brussels sprouts to take the program. In fact, you don’t have to eat things you hate, you just have to be willing to give new veggies a try and then go with what you LOVE. With Rachel’s program, you get so many recipes and we have loved every recipe we’ve tried! There is so much variety!

My husband was skeptical when I asked him to join me in the challenge. He initially thought I was crazy to spend $97 on something like this.

But as always, he supported me and my decision to try it! And boy are we glad we did! I have gained so much knowledge in 30 days and the support is AMAZING!!! Any question I had, it was answered swiftly.

Before we began the program, my husband and I had been trying to Eat Clean for about a year, and I followed the CleanFoodCrush Facebook page on a daily basis. We thought we were doing pretty well with it, but just look at my before and after to see what the actual challenge has done for me. 

In only 30 days I went from 130.0 pounds to 123.4, but most importantly, I lost 4 inches off my waist!! Not to mention, my skin is smoother and much softer and my migraine headaches are GONE!

I have always suffered from migraines, and when I get one, it lasts for at least three days. I was pretty certain they were food-related and I had narrowed nitrates down as one culprit. 

By cutting processed meat out of my diet, especially hot dogs, my migraines reduced significantly, but I still got them. But during my 30 Day Challenge, I didn’t have one headache!

This has been the decision of a lifetime. I’m so fortunate to have found Rachel and her team. If you are on the fence to join the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge,  just make the decision and do it. I haven’t regretted one second of it.
