Hi there!

My name is Laura and this is my review of the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge and how it helped me lose 30 pounds in 6 months.

I’m a married, 41-year-old working mom to a 9-year-old boy. I have a career as a Vision Therapist working with our nation’s heroes every day. 

We are an active family and love camping, hiking, many outdoor activities, lots of swim practice events for my son and enjoy family time.

Given that we are so much on the go, food has always been fast and easy. Before finding Clean Eating, I was always hungry and cranky.

I gained so much weight I completely lost touch with myself. Eventually, I reached this point where I just had to make a change for the sake of my health and my sanity.

So I embarked on the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge with CleanFoodCrush and I have to say, it was the best decision I could have made. No short term diet could ever replace the amount of ease, joy, and success I experienced by learning to LOVE real food.


I love Clean Eating because it has really helped me look at food in an entirely new way. I’m not always hungry anymore, I feel satiated. And, when I am hungry, I have particular snacks that I know are not only healthy, but tasty, and good for my energy levels!


Another thing that the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge has helped me with is learning to make hydration a habit! It’s incredible what drinking enough water throughout the day can do for your energy!  ????????

I’m feeling like my best self ever having lost 30 pounds in 6 months by following the 30 Day Challenge plans! I kickbox during the week and while I love it, it’s CleanFoodCrush and this new way of eating that has really made all the difference in the world for me, hands down!!

Starting this process takes commitment but with the support you receive and encouragement from the CFC team it’s so worth it! 

Tell yourself you can and make this journey for you. You won’t regret it! You’ll be looking at food in a whole new way while loving yourself in the process.
