Homemade Low-Sugar Cranberry Sauce
This simple, tangy recipe complements savory fall foods! Sweetened with pure maple syrup – Ready in just minutes. 
Perfectly sweetened using pure maple syrup, and fresh squeezed orange juice – so no need to dump cups and cups of white sugar into your cranberries like most recipes call for.
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh organic cranberries
 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
 - 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Garnish:
- Zest of a fresh orange
 

Instructions:
Combine all sauce ingredients a small saucepan.
Turn heat to high until it just begins to boil, stir, then reduce to LOW, cover with a lid and cook for an additional 15 minutes – until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with the orange zest immediately before serving.
