Meet Monica, Who Lost 6 Pounds 5 Inches + Gained Energy

My name is Monica. I am 43 years old. I enjoy running, working out, reading and spending time with my family.  I’m a native Texan.  I’m an outside sales representative. This means I work out of my car. A lot of times I eat my snacks and lunch in my car. This 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge has equipped me to be better prepared having snacks on hand so I’m not forced to grab something on the road. 

I found CFC by searching “clean recipes”.  I have been following Rachel for several months. 

I have been struggling with my weight since late last year 2021. 

I hired a nutritionist in January 2022 which did not help, a lot of money wasted. I had to have a hysterectomy in late May. This added to the weight problem I had been battling.  I was eating more & more sugary foods and not being able to work out were major contributors.

I was frustrated…I workout 5-7 days a week sometimes twice a day and the weight wasn’t coming off.

I decided to try the CFC 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge, also convincing my friend to jump on board so we could do it together. 

The 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge has taught me about portion control, what foods to eat together and why. Mostly the Challenge taught me that I don’t “need” sugary foods.

I have been cooking/eating Paleo for almost 4 years so some of this I understood but I still have learned so much.

I had slowly been letting the processed sugars back in my diet.

I have gained more energy.  This is huge for me.

I normally get about 6.5 hours of sleep (this is not enough for me).  I get up at 4a M-F to go to the gym. I like to catch an hour nap in the morning.

Before joining this Clean Eating Challenge I also needed an afternoon nap but now I don’t need that second nap. 

I have lost 6lbs and just over 5 inches.  I am so happy with the results.

➡️ I feel empowered knowing what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat.

➡️ I am not bloated anymore.

➡️ I have more energy and my clothes feel so much better. 

When I go out to eat I hear people say,”oh I’m stuffed!” And I think to myself…  not me… I feel just right! 

I’m so grateful I know how to eat now. I would highly recommend the challenge…you deserve it!
