Hi there!

My name is Vonda and I am a 49-year-old mother of 3, grandmother of 2 with another grandbaby due in January. I lost 35 pounds with the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge and this is my story.

I started the Challenge after having a bout with cancer. During that process, I had a hysterectomy and gained 65 pounds.

My vision started to change and my eye doctor told me I needed to have my sugar checked. Right then, I decided it was time to start eating right and taking care of myself instead of letting my health and precious eye-sight slip away from me. Enter CleanFoodCrushCrush to the rescue!

Some people assume this is a diet, and I get it. They have questions like ā€œhow can you go without this or thatā€, and at first, I thought that it might feel depriving too.

But my answer is that I donā€™t go without at all! I can enjoy sweets and snacks, theyā€™re just a different, better option for my body. Clean Eating is a way of life that helps us learn how to eat in a way that is pleasurable AND healthy.Ā 

I have really learned to love real food!Ā  I wasnā€™t sure if Iā€™d be able to stay with it because I was so addicted to the habits I had formed, drive-through and delivery. But with a commitment to the program and meal prep – I learned the keys to success. I donā€™t crave the old stuff anymore, Iā€™m so happy with this way of life and all of the recipes CleanFoodCrush provides.

Iā€™m beyond grateful for the CleanFoodCrush group for helping me get out of the drive-through lines and now my husband loves the food I make and eats meals with me too.

Iā€™ve gone from size 22 to a 14 and lost 35 pounds with the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge! I am so proud of myself, and you will be too if you give it a go.Ā I still have 30 lbs to go but Iā€™m not gonna stop! This is working so well for me and everything in my life has improved – my sleep, my energy levels, even my skin tags are fading!

My words of wisdom for anyone whoā€™s about to start the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge would be to go easy on yourself. Be self-loving and donā€™t give up – ever. This plan will work for you as long as you put in the time.
