Beth Lost Over 21 Pounds and 15 Inches!!

Hi, My name is Beth.  I am a mother of 2 wonderful daughters and been married to my husband for 30 years.  I am 50 years old.  I enjoy spending time with my family and my 2 dogs and my Maine Coon Cat.  I have lost 21.5 lbs. and 15.5 inches so far with CleanFoodCrush Challenge.  

I’ve been following Rachel and CleanFoodCrush for 2 years now.  I have enjoyed trying her recipes. I also enjoy trying the clean foods and finding alternatives to replace white flour and sugar.

I wanted to join the CleanFoodCrush Challenge because I was missing something to the program

When I joined the Challenge, I learned I wasn’t eating the right amount of foods and eating too much of others.

So the CleanFoodCrush Challenge was exactly what I needed!  It gives you the tools necessary to succeed. 

The Challenge Plan tells you how much of certain food groups you should be eating for  balanced nutrition. 

I was reading a woman named Diane’s story one night and her story hit home for me.  She was 50, tired all the time, had sleep apnea, sugar addict, no energy, sat on the couch after supper, didn’t’ have energy to do anything else, foggy brain, and stiff and achy joints.  That was ME!!!  She wrote most of my story!  I could relate to her. 

Then I saw the Challenge was Buy-One-Get-One-Free that same night, so I thought OK….this is my time! 

This Is What I  Need!

The CleanFood Crush Challenge has taught me to fuel by body…not eat to feed my stomach. 

I began the Challenge weighing at 225.0 lbs. I am now down to 214.5. My heaviest weight was 245 several years ago.  I started clean eating with another program and was able to lose 20 lbs.  But easily came off it when winter came and then Covid struck.  I have bounced up and down 10 lbs. in the past 2 years.

I am enjoying the taste of food and how simple the recipes can be and with real food I have at home.  No special ingredients that I will buy a jar of and never use again. Trust me…with these delicious recipes…you will use the ingredients again!

The biggest takeaway is how to fuel your body with real food.  With the support of Rachel and the CFC team and fellow crushers….it’s easy to stay on track– and get great support as well!
