Creamy Ranch Chicken and Broccoli
An ultra-creamy white sauce with a tasty Ranch flavored kick thanks to the fresh garlic and freshly chopped herbs.
This dish is simple and extremely comforting!

Ingredients:

1 medium head of broccoli, broken into bite-sized florets and lightly steamed

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

sea salt and ground pepper, to taste

1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil, divided
-
4 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
-
1/3 cup chicken bone broth
-
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
-
1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise
-
2 Tbsps fresh parsley, chopped
-
2 Tbsps fresh chives, chopped
-
2 Tbsps fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
Season your chicken with sea salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Stir in the garlic and continue to cook for 30 seconds.
Add in your chicken broth, and vinegar to deglaze the pan, allowing the liquid to mostly reduce.
Add in the yogurt, mayonnaise, and chopped fresh herbs then stir to create a creamy sauce.
Add the steamed broccoli and stir to combine.
