I started my journey with CleanFoodCrush and Rachel in July 2023, and it has been nothing short of life-changing.
When I began, I was determined to make a change in my life. Despite a back injury that limited my physical activity, I committed to following the CleanFoodCrush challenge plans.
While I adjusted my carb intake, I adhered to the meal schedules and listened to my body’s hunger signals.
The results have been astounding.
🎉In just one month, I managed to shed an impressive 18 pounds, eventually hitting my goal of losing 20 pounds.
🎉Not only did I lose weight, but I also noticed a significant reduction in my overall measurements – 11 inches in total.
The changes weren’t just physical.

🎉I found myself more focused than ever.
🎉My skin became noticeably better, and
🎉I experienced deeper and more restful sleep.

CleanFoodCrush community and the 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge played a pivotal role in my journey. I found comfort in the structured meal plans and the ease with which I could adapt to clean eating habits.
Maintaining motivation throughout this journey can be challenging, but Rachel’s inspirational messages and the encouragement from coaches kept me going.
The supportive CleanFoodCrush community played a significant role in my success. I don’t know if I could have done this without them.
Success has a way of inspiring others.
My husband joined me on this journey by giving up his late-night sweet treats, and my adult daughter recently embarked on her CleanFoodCrush journey as well. I’m so proud of them both!
In addition to my visible transformations, I made some profound life changes.
I decided to quit alcohol consumption on June 25 and eliminated sugar from my diet.
These choices not only contributed to my weight loss but also helped me manage a chronic kidney condition that I had been dealing with.
Reflecting on my journey, I would tell my younger self to prioritize self-care and instill the importance of avoiding sugar, embracing clean foods, and staying active for my children and grandchildren.
For those just starting their journey, I want to emphasize the importance of commitment. It’s essential to resist excuses, even during challenging moments like celebrations or social gatherings.
Sticking to the plan and staying dedicated will bring about the desired results.
My CleanFoodCrush journey has been a journey of dedication, transformation, and inspiration.
It demonstrates the incredible potential for positive change when one commits to a healthier lifestyle.
My story serves as a reminder that it’s never too late to embark on a transformation journey and experience the life-changing benefits of clean eating.
