From Skeptic to Lifer: How CFC Transformed Amy’s Eating Habits

Amy’s original story was shared back in 2021. We decided to catch up with her to see how things are going now.
I was skeptical when I first signed up for the CleanFoodCrush 30-Day Challenge back in May 2020.
I had tried so many diets over the years only to fall back into unhealthy eating habits. But something about CFC felt different right from the start.
As I immersed myself in the CleanFoodCrush community, I was amazed by the wealth of knowledge and resources they provided.
I soaked up the lessons on mindful eating, meal planning, and stocking a clean kitchen.
For the first time in my life, healthy eating seemed sustainable rather than restrictive!
I quickly noticed changes – in my energy levels, sleep quality, and even my mood.
My “clean eating toolbox” was growing, full of tips, tricks, recipes and support from fellow challenge members.
Planning and prepping meals was key for me to stay on track.
After completing my first challenge, I signed up for another, finally confident I could stick to this lifestyle long-term.
My mindset had shifted from focusing on restrictions to all the nourishing foods I could enjoy.
I broke my habit of overeating by listening to my body’s cues.
Now, over two years later, clean eating has become second nature to me.
I credit the CleanFoodCrush community and educational resources for truly transforming my relationship with food.

I plan to remain a “CFC-lifer” and keep improving my health one delicious, vibrant meal at a time.
