Spicy Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Very Simple Prep!
- Brown 2 lbs lean ground Turkey or Chicken (season with just a touch of sea salt, pepper, garlic)
- During the last minute of cooking time, add: 1/2 cup thin sliced celery (sliced on a diagonal)
In a large bowl combine all ingredients gently with cooked meat:
- 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 or 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce (depending on personal heat preference)
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Spoon onto butter or romaine lettuce leaves, Serve immediately
