Egg yolks should be lightly cooked (not hard) and pastured if possible. 2. Fermented Foods
Sauerkraut, kimchi and kefir are all options you can look to for healing your gut, balancing your hormones and achieving healthy looking and feeling skin. Why are fermented foods so great?
