Meet Missy, Who Lost 10 Pounds in 30 Days with CleanFoodCrush!

My name is Melissa (Missy), and am 41 years old.  I live with my husband and two kids, a boy and a girl.  I’m a Certified Athletic Trainer, and love spending time outdoors with my friends and family. 

I’ve lost 10 pounds and 7 1/4 inches in 30 days and I’m not done yet. 

My biggest challenges before Clean eating was sugar and snacking.  They go hand in hand. I would have a bad habit of coming home from work and going straight to the cabinets. The cabinets just had carbs and nuts. I know it was just a bad habit, that was easily broken with the Clean Eating Challenge.

Now my cravings are way less, I drink tea or water and I don’t crave all the snacks.

Not only are my clothes fitting better, but my energy and mindfulness are improved. I didn’t realize how much sugar can really cloud your brain and vision.

I can see better and I don’t feel like I am mentally in a fog.

Words of wisdom?  Just do it.

I kept saying how I’ll lose weight and be a certain size by summer, and it hasn’t ever happened.

The Challenge Plan maps out your eating and gives you recipes. My husband isn’t a huge veggie eater and he even enjoyed the recipes in the plan.

The best part is you can easily continue eating this way. There’s nothing special you need to buy, everything is at the grocery store. The support group is great when you get in trigger situations.

There is Never a Great Time to Start, So Why Wait?  

The support group will help you when you are in trigger situations. 

I love the Lettuce Wraps and Banana Egg Pancakes.  It’s like having snacks, but much healthier.
