My Before and Afters from 2018
I have been following Rachel and CleanFoodCrush since 2017.Â I hadÂ several health complications: chronic knee pain and other arthritic changes throughout my body.Â
From there, I knew I needed to make changes for myself. It was time to giveÂ Clean EatingÂ a worthy try. My husband and I joined our first challenge on January 3, 2018. It was life-changing!Â
Since our last challenge, I have lost an additional 50lbs. My energy, sleep, and overall health has improved.

My husband and I have always enjoyed Rachel’s recipes and theyâ€™re so easy to follow. My favorite recipes are the Hibachi Stir-Fried Chicken and Veggies; Fiesta Stuffed Bell Peppers; Shrimp and Broccoliâ€”just to name a few. Â
I stay motivated and inspired because I chose to be healthier for myself and family.
I have inspired friends, siblings, my husband, kids and mother to join this journey with me. That alone is rewarding!
Iâ€™ve changed my mindset and my entire way of thinking!Â This is a journey, not a diet. Itâ€™s a lifestyle change and itâ€™s worth it!!
