No-Bake Strawberry Chocolate Protein Balls

These are a great stand-in for all of that artificial {Valentine} candy!

Yield approx. 22 balls

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients VERY well in a large bowl.
  2. Form into 1 inch balls.
  3. Keep refrigerated or frozen.

I love how these taste when frozen!

No-Bake Strawberry Chocolate Protein Balls – Clean Eating Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 – 2 Tbs slivered almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened FREEZE-DRIED strawberries OR 1 Cup unsweetened FREEZE-DRIED rasberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips/cacao, optional.. I love Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia
