Meet Tina, Who lost an amazing 20 Pounds During the CleanFoodCrush 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge, and Continues to Lose!!

“Hi, my name is Tina.  I am 57 years old, married, and have a 29-year-old medically-dependent son living at home, plus I am raising 9 and 10-year-old grandsons.  I have a daughter who is married and I have twin 3 year old grandsons!  All these boys keep me busy!  I have been a nurse for 35 years and work full time as a stroke clinician.  

I feel I’ve been heavy most of my life and have tried every diet under the sun!  I think the most I’ve ever lost is 35 pounds, which would be a great struggle, and I would gain it back quickly.  

Through the last several years and during quarantine, my weight ballooned to 215 pounds at 5’1”.  

I have followed CFC for several years, but never committed!  It was time!  I had no faith in myself so didn’t even bother taking the before pictures.  

Well, the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge Plan works!  

I lost 20 pounds the first month, became an annual member, and have lost 37 pounds total so far!  I’m not quitting!  

I have my son and my grandsons who need me healthy, and I feel so much better!! 

My go-to for meal prep is Meatballs that People Want to Eat and for a quick dinner after work is the Chopped Enchilada Skillet

I’m about to start trying some of her soup recipes!  Excited! 

I am not a good cook, I’m not an organized person, so I have not been perfect by any means, yet I keep losingThis is a plan I can stick to
