Meet Kim, Who Lost 12 Pounds and 4 Inches with CleanFoodCrush!

Hi, I’m Kim and I have followed Clean Food Crush recipes for a while, but decided to sign up for the challenge in May 2020. 

I lost weight during the challenge, but once the 30 days were over, I thought I could continue on my own. Turns out, when I didn’t have the support of the group anymore, I gained some weight back. 

I decided to sign up for the challenge again in September 2020 and became an annual member.

I love this way of eating! It truly is a lifestyle. 

The challenge plan is easy to follow, has real foods, no calorie counting, and it’s not overly restrictive. Small changes and consistency add up to real results!  It has now been 60 days and I lost 12 pounds and 4 inches.  I love the support of the Facebook page.  Everyone’s support and ideas are motivating to keep going.  I don’t consider this a challenge that has an end date anymore.  

Especially during the challenges of being home during a pandemic and all the demands and stress, I am happy and in control of my health. 

My favorite recipes are the oatmeal bake  and the pumpkin energy balls!  

My Words of Wisdom would be to Give it a Try! 

If you do your best and make make the commitment to a better lifestyle, you will see results! 

Once you do sign up for the challenge, find an accountability partner.  That really helped. 

I would like to add that I’m a mom of two boys, married.  I have always been into eating healthy and working out, but I love the structure yet flexibility of CleanFoodCrush. If that makes sense! It has also helped during such a stressful time.”
