Meal Prepped Breakfasts

These breakfast meal prep ideas include casseroles, overnight oats, muffins, and protein-packed egg recipes that store well in the refrigerator and are perfect for less stress on busy mornings.

Ideas for busy mornings.

Mornings can be chaotic, and trying to fit in time to cook a healthy breakfast sometimes feels impossible, especially during the hectic back-to-school season. But I still think it’s important to have a nutritious and tasty meal to start the day which is why I love to meal prep breakfasts throughout the week.

Planning ahead to ensure we always have something ready to eat that’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and protein is essential in our house.

Why Breakfast Meal Prep Saves Time

Meal prepping breakfast saves time by having healthy, ready-made meals at your fingertips that you just have to quickly pop in the microwave or grab on the way out the door.

Plus, making a whole week’s worth of meals on a Sunday and storing them in the refrigerator for several days also helps you save time by not having to cook every day. And the best part is you can pre-prep any meal to help you save time.

Quick Breakfast Meal Prep Ideas

Not only does meal prepping save time, but it is relatively quick to prepare. Most meal prep will only take you cooking 1 time (preferably on a day you are not busy) for about 30-60 minutes. Then you reap the rewards for the entire week. Here are some quick and easy ideas for you to prep this week:

  • egg casserole
  • chia pudding
  • overnight oats
  • breakfast cookies
  • muffins
