2. Green Beans with Bacon and Fresh Mushrooms

Our Green Beans with Bacon and Fresh Mushrooms is super tasty and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner side dish or an amazing addition to your weekly food prep meals, but also impressive enough to make for your holiday guests this upcoming Easter season!

3. Special Cheesy Potato Casserole

Once in a while, we just need a fantastic cheesy potato recipe to complement a very special meal. This is that recipe! Creamy, flavorful, cheesy, crispy-topped potatoes… it’s the total package!

4. Ham + Cheese Cracker Sandwiches

If you know you’ll be busy on Sunday and won’t have time for a long sit-down meal mid-day, make a couple of these for a quick lunch featuring the Holiday classic – ham!

5. Quick Pan-Steam Method for Asparagus

This is one of the simplest and quickest methods for cooking asparagus and will make your life much easier this season! Knowing you’ll have flawlessly cooked asparagus in just over 5 minutes removes the intimidation, especially if you’re tired after a long day. More tasty vegetables for everyone!

6. Egg Hunt Lunch Boxes

These lunch boxes aren’t just fun and delicious but full of nutrition as well! If you’re looking for an easy snack for your little ones during the Easter season, make up a batch of these lunch boxes using whatever you have on hand.

7. Baked Artichoke Hearts

This side dish is wonderful for the upcoming holiday AND spring or summer entertaining. Also, artichokes provide a ton of health benefits and may help manage cholesterol, blood pressure, IBS, liver health, indigestion, and blood sugar.

8. Chicken + Ham & Cheese Rollatini

Why pick between chicken and ham when you can have both? This warm and satisfying comfort food will make a terrific main dish this weekend!

9. Ranch Deviled Eggs

Tangy, cool, herby ranch flavors are an incredible combo and a super fun spin on your deviled eggs–just in time for Easter! Make these for your spring and summer gatherings, and you’ll receive many compliments, trust me.

10. Chocolate Chip PB Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Adding protein to our desserts is a great idea, especially when you need extra energy! It also helps maintain a healthy weight or reach your health goals, as protein and healthy fat are very satisfying macronutrients, and when we feel nicely satisfied, we’re less likely to overeat.

11. Fluffy Crustless Quiche

If your house is about to be extra full AND you’ll have less time, you’ll want to save a recipe like this quiche for an easier morning! There is less than 10 minutes of hands-on time, and you can prepare ahead of time.

12. Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Eggs

Do I have any cheesecake fans out there? If so, this one is for you! These treats are divine and will undoubtedly be a crowd favorite at any celebration you attend!

13. 7 Layer Fresh Fruit Salad

This stunning fruit salad creation will totally impress your family and friends while also satisfying all those sweet cravings. There is a reason they call fruit nature’s candy—it’s just the best nutritious treat!

14. Zesty Purple Cabbage Slaw

This colorful slaw is super flavorful and nutritious because cruciferous veggies (like cabbage) are loaded with fiber, folate, and vitamins C, E, and K. Honestly, cabbage is an underrated vegetable, and most people don’t know what a powerhouse of a food it is. It definitely deserves a spot on your weekly and holiday menu!

15. Chocolate and Yogurt Easter Eggs

These are a crowd favorite and are more than a delicious snack but a fun activity to do with the kids. You won’t regret taking the time to create holiday memories in the kitchen with the people you love.

16. Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Early springtime to early summer is the time of year to enjoy fresh asparagus! This veggie isn’t just delicious; it’s also incredibly nutrient-dense and an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K, disease-fighting antioxidants, and fiber.

17. Chili Lime Sweet Potato Gratin

Gratin is a popular side dish to serve with big meals, and this is probably my favorite form! And as a bonus, sweet potatoes are loaded with health benefits (which you can read all about here)!

18. Raw Mini Fruit Tarts

You can’t find a better appetizer for your Easter parties or next Sunday brunch. Soaked cashews create a very indulgent, sweet-creamy filling, while the nutty crust is crunchy and flavorful. The addition of fresh fruit and fresh lemon/zest just brightens everything up and pulls it all together!

19. Beet Pickled Deviled Eggs

These gorgeous eggs will fit right in on your Easter dinner table thanks to the pink color that is on par with the holiday theme. Each bite-sized piece is loaded with flavor, making it an ideal party finger food!

20. Easy Roasted Carrots

Here’s a marvelously seasoned simple side-dish carrot recipe that’s a great combination of a little savory, a little sweet, and a lot nutritious! Carrots are chock full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support the immune system, heart, kidney, and liver; they also provide several other health benefits.
